About Loan Solution, Inc.

Loan Solution, Inc. was formed in 1993 by Colleen Bigler, a licensed California Department of Real Estate broker since 1979 with twenty years of experience in real estate finance, investments and sales.

Based in Canyon Country in Southern California, we originate private money loans. We represent a group of private investors with funds available for first trust deeds on real estate. We also have excellent relations with national lenders, banks and S & Ls, Wall Street mortgage conduits, life companies, pension funds and REITS.

We have funded well over $30 million in loans, with no losses to any of our investors.

Our reputation is based on expertise, good judgment, and personal ethics in the loan field, and upon our history of dealing fairly and honestly with all those concerned.
